3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• A deposit may be required for certain services.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking.

5. Service Warranty

• Our detailing and modification services come with a limited warranty.
• Paint protection films (PPF) and ceramic coatings include a warranty as per the manufacturer’s policy.
• Any claims must be made within 7 days of service completion.

6. Liability & Damage Policy

While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damages, scratches, or defects.
• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• Minor cosmetic changes that may occur due to cleaning processes.
